Secure payments

Ginseng Press uses SSL (secure servers) and other encryption systems to safeguard your confidential information. This makes it impossible to get at your information as it is being transmitted to our server. We use the SSL services of our hosting company, Korax.

In addition, we do not store any confidential information on our server: even if someone managed to break into our site, there would be nothing to steal.

If you prefer not to buy online, you can order our products by phone or by mail — see below for more information.

Shipping

Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours by airmail (or lettermail where applicable). Shipments usually take 5 to 10 business days (10 to 14 calendar days) to arrive at most destinations in North America and Western Europe, 3 to 4 weeks elsewhere.

Returns

If an item is defective, please return it and we will send you a replacement. If you're not satisfied with an item you bought from us, send it back within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund.

Mail, fax and phone orders

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards; cheques from Canada (in Cdn$), the USA (in US$), GB (in GB£) and from countries of the EU (in €); and money orders and international bank drafts from all countries.

Please note that credit card orders are billed in Canadian dollars. If you live outside Canada, the amount billed will be converted by your bank to your currency using that day's exchange rate. Since rates vary daily, it is not possible to predict the exact amount you will be billed.

Please use the prices below if paying by cheque, money order or bank draft. All prices include first class/airmail shipping and applicable taxes. If ordering multiple copies, simply multiply the amounts given by the number of copies you want to order.

While our "Buy 4, get one free" offer is in effect, we automatically send you an extra copy for every 4 copies you order, so order 4 copies if you want 5, order 8 copies if you want 10, etc.
