Secure payments

Ginseng Press uses SSL (secure servers) and other encryption systems to safeguard your confidential information. This makes it impossible to get at your information as it is being transmitted to our server.

In addition, we do not store any confidential information on our server: even if someone managed to break into our site, there would be nothing to steal.

Shipping

Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours by airmail (or lettermail where applicable). Shipments usually take 5 to 10 business days (10 to 14 calendar days) to arrive at most destinations in North America and Western Europe, 3 to 4 weeks elsewhere.

Returns

If an item is defective, please return it and we will send you a replacement. If you're not satisfied with an item you bought from us, send it back within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund.

Mail, fax and phone orders

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards; cheques from Canada (in Cdn$), the USA (in US$), GB (in GB£) and from countries of the EU (in €); and money orders and international bank drafts from all countries.

Please note that credit card orders are billed in Canadian dollars. If you live outside Canada, the amount billed will be converted by your bank to your currency using that day's exchange rate. Since rates vary daily, it is not possible to predict the exact amount you will be billed.

If paying by cheque, money order of bank draft, please fill out the order form at the top of this page to get the exact amount of your order. All prices include first class/airmail shipping and applicable taxes.
